Hazel E. Clark, 79, 105 Story St., Slater, died of pneunomia Friday, April 4, at the Madrid Home for the Aging. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Tureday, April 8, at Slater United Methodist Church with the Rev. Gary Armstrong officiating. Burial will be in the Slater Cemetery.
Hazel Hoop was born Dec. 21, 1906, to Adam and Nora Hoop in Madrid. She moved to Slater when she was 23. On Feb. 14, 1929, she married Ralph Clark.
She is survived by her husband.
Friends may call at Soderstrum-Riis Funeral Home, Slater, after 2 p.m. today until time of services tomorrow.
