Peter James Majoros,27 of Aspen Colorado and formerly of Ogden, died suddenly on Saturday August 19,2006 in Denver Colorado of a heart condition.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday August 25, 2006 at the community United Methodist church in Ogden. Rev Paul Evans and REv David Staff will officiate. burial will be at Glenwood Cemetery in Ogden. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Community United Methodist Church. Carson Funeral Home in Ogden is in Charge of arrangements.
Peter James Majoros was born on February 22, 1979 in Boone Iowa the son of Frank and Jeanne (Porter) Majoros.He graduated with the Ogden High School class of 1997 and went on to attend the University of Iowa for 2 years. Peter has lived in Colorado, for the last 5 years. He had worked at the Mountain Chalet Resort and was currently the property manager at the Village Condominiums in Snowmass Village.
Peter belonged to the Evangelical Free Church in Boone. His hobbies included 4 wheeling, snowmoiling and camping in the Utah Desert. Peter loved spending time in the outdoors, especially Colorados Rocky Mountains. In the last few years Peter was able to spend time in Belize, Australia, and twice vacationed in Hawaii. At the time of Pete's death he was in the company of his dearest friends Andrew and Ann Crothers and Tom Slanga.
Survivors include his mother, Jeanne Majoros of Ogden, Iowa. his father, Frank Majoros of Boone, Iowa, two sisters, Molly and her husband Lee Gallentine of Webster City Iowa and Sarah Majoros of Urbandale Iowa, two nieces, Morgan and Abby Gallentine, his grandmother, Catherine Majoros of Cleveland, Ohio and many aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
