Janice Kay Olson, 55, Greeley, CO, died Monday at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. She was born March 3, 1947, in Boone, the daughter of Willard and Opal Irene (Campbell) Tilley. She married Gene Olson July 24, 1965, in Boone.

She graduated with the Ogden High School Class of 1965. She and her husband lived in Ogden and Stratford before moving to Greeley in 1979. She was employed at Kodak in Windsor, CO for 24 years before retiring in 2002. Her hobbies included cross-stitching, sewing, camping, traveling and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Vernon Tilley; and one sister, Dixie Channel. Survivors include her husband; two sons and daughters-in-law, Curtis and Dana Olson of Greeley and Bryan and Renae Olson of Greeley; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Vickie and Jerry Oberle of Fort Collins, CO and Deb Goldsworth of Greeley; three grandsons, Taylor Drake Olson, Caleb Robert Olson and Brooks Aaron Olson; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Carson Funeral Home, Ogden, with the Rev. Ernest Ruben officiating. Burial will be in Bluff Creek Cemetery in Ogden.

Friends may call at Carson Funeral Home today from 2 to 8 p.m.

Memorials may be given to the family to be used at their discretion.
