Esther Bonita Price, 83, Bettendorf, died Friday at her home. She was born March 13, 1918, in Beaver, the daughter of John Henry and Laura Jane (Kirkendall) Thompson. She married Albert Elmer Price May 31, 1936, in Boone.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Bettendorf. Her hobbies included spending time with her family and her great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; one sister; and four brothers. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Judy and the Rev. Michael Kelley of Bettendorf; one son and daughter-in-law, Gale and Geneve Price of Altoona; four grandchildren, Michael Kelly and his wife, Michelle, Cynthia Housenga and her husband, Gary, Patrick Kelley and Christopher Price; and four great-grandchildren, Katelyn and Grace Kelley, and Ryan and Adam Housenga.

Funeral services were held Monday at First Assembly of God Church in Bettendorf. Burial was in Rosehill Cemetery in Boone.

Memorials may be given to First Assembly of God Church.

Chambers and Sass Funeral Home, Bettendorf, was in charge of arrangements.
