Hannah M. Rector 1915-2006

Hannah M. Rector, 90, a resident of the Madrid Home in Madrid, Iowa, died there on Sunday, March 5, 2006. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 9, in the Sanborn Memorial Chapel at the Madrid Home.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, from 10 a.m. until the service hour at the Madrid Home. Burial will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery, south of Madrid.

Hannah was born on November 24, 1915 in LaVilla, Iowa, to William and Anna (Mordew)
Hall. She married Ervin Rector in 1959 and he preceded her in death in 1963. Hannah was
a long-time resident of Madrid. She was a member of Church of God in Madrid, where Hannah taught Sunday school for many years. She was also active in the Women's Missionary Group.

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Norma Hall of Oklahoma City, OK; nieces and nephews, Gwen (Bob) Frese of Nevada, IA, Ernest (DeAnn) Lehman of Iowa City, IA,

Delores Lehman of Cedar Rapids, IA, Robert (Carol) Lehman of Swisher, IA, Paul (Karen)
Lehman of Sunnyvale, CA, Linda (Charles) Nowell of Oklahoma City, OK; and several other nieces and nephews in western United States and Canada, Marlin Hall, Joy Dawn Hamilton, Mary Ann Silvia, Patty Larabee and William Hall and their spouses. In addition to her husband, Hannah was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Lehman; and her five brothers, Willie, James, John, Henry, and Thomas.
