Marguerite Skilling Hartley, 93, a resident of the Evangelical Free Church Home, Boone, and formerly of 1415 SE Linn St., Boone, died Friday at the home of complications of pneumonia. She had been a resident of the home since December of 1998. She was born Aug. 1, 1908, in Algona, the daughter of Robert and Sadie (Devine) Skilling. She married William H. Hartley Aug. 11, 1954, in Algona.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Stark-Welin Chapel in Boone with the Rev. Clem Currans officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Calvary Cemetery in Algona with the Rev. Steve Brodersen officaiting.

Friends may call at Stark-Welin Chapel Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. The family will be present to receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Visitation continues Tuesday at the funeral chapel from 8 a.m. until time of services.

Memorials may be given to the DMACC-Boone Campus Foundation.

Stark-Welin Funeral Directors of Boone is in charge of arrangements.
