CEDAR FALLS -- Jack E Albright, 56, of 3616 W. Gresham Road, died Friday, Feb. 18, at Allen Memorial Hospital, Waterloo, of cancer.

He was born Jan. 27, 1938 in Waterloo, son of Floyd R. and Josephine Moore Albright. He married Patricia Borgardus on Jan. 29, 1957, in Cedar Falls, and they were later divorced. He then married Hazel Renner in 1978. Mr. Albright was a farmer for many years and had also worked in construction in the Cedar Falls area.

Survived by his wife; a son, Floyd of Janesville; five daughters, Barbara Albright of Minneapolis, Sheryl LeGro of Monticello, Minn., Denise Boulay of Savage, Minn., and Jodie and Joanie Renner, both of Cedar Falls; two stepsons, Greg and Mark Renner, both of Cedar Falls; and 11 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Larry; and a grandchild.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with burial in Mount Vernon Township Cemetery, rural Cedar Falls. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the family present from 5 to 8 p.m. Visitation also from 9 a.m until services Monday. Memorial fund has been established.
