I have an old photo from La Porte City I want to find more info about. Is there a place to post these. I think I was trying to upload this photo but it does not look like this is the right site.

have an old photo that was with my Grandmother's things. I believe it is taken of a Belzer or Hunt relative. If someone could tell me more information about the photo or timeframe that would be helpful. The person wears a uniform but I am not sure what type of uniform it is. The photographer is Ward in La Porte City.
