According to the WPA Cemetery records for Black Hawk County Iowa, Eli Swank is buried in Elmwood Cemetery in Waterloo Township, Waterloo, Iowa. No birth date given but the death date was May 13, 1927. It also mentions that he was (C.W. Vet., Co. E., 133rd Penn. Inf.).

There is also an entry for Mary Swank (Lee) (Wife of E. Swank) 1854 - 6/4/1877 and she is buried in Fairview Cemetery in Cedar Falls Township, Cedar Falls, Iowa.

For your information, Waterloo and Cedar Falls are next door communities to each other. No other Swank names in the WPA Cemetery records for Black Hawk County, Iowa.
