In some possessions that came from my grandparents there was a business card for the following person:

Robert W Petersen
Business Representative
Construction and General Laborers
Local Union 928
303 E 7th Street
Waterloo, Iowa
PHONE ADams 2-4813

I believe he worked there in the mid 1950s because my grandfather was a member of the union from November 17, 1950 until at least September 30, 1957.
