September 14, 1947 - August 27, 2017

In the celebration of the life of Paul Eaton who was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and person.

Paul was born in Greene, Iowa on September 14th, 1947, to Ruth and Robert Eaton. Growing up in Greene for the first part of his journey in life, then he made a move to Marble Rock, later returning to Greene and graduated from Green Community School in 1965. In 1971 he married the love of his life, Donna Toebe, they were married in Hampton where they both worked and met at Franklin General Hospital.

Paul was blessed with two children from Donna, Wanda Eaton Miller and Michael Eaton, he has two granddaughters, Emily and Ellison who were and always will be his whole world, the smile they brought him was only compared to the love he had for his family.

Paul enjoyed camping, fishing, playing cards and going to the casino. Iowa Hawkeye games were a favorite way for him to be able to communicate with the TV although they never listened he would still tell them how to play.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Robert and two sisters, Veletta Arends and Sherry Eaton. Paul enjoyed living life to the fullest and loving his family with all his heart, he will be deeply missed and always loved.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, August 31, at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway with burial in the Allison Cemetery, Allison. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and for an hour before services on Thursday at the funeral home.
