Waterloo, Iowa – Jacqueline “Jackie” L. (Hilton) Grieger, age 70, of Waterloo, died Sunday, September 25, 2016 at her home in Waterloo.

She was born November 2, 1945, in Waterloo, the daughter of Harold and Mildred (Baker) Hilton. She graduated from Cedar Falls High School, class of 1963.

On June 5, 1964, she married Douglas K. Grieger in Cedar Falls. He died February 10, 1977. Jackie was a longtime employee of the University of Northern Iowa, working as a manager in the Department of Residence, retiring in 2007.

She is survived by a son, Michael (Kelly) of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Lisa (Matt) Asmus of Waterloo; and a grandson, Ryan Dvorak of Waterloo.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Hilton.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Richardson Funeral Service is assisting the family.
