CEDAR FALLS, IOWA - Jessie Conrad, 105, of Cedar Falls, died Friday, September 23, 2016 at Pinnacle Specialty Care in Cedar Falls.

She was born March 11, 1911, in Grundy County, Iowa, the daughter of Koert J. and Carrie Meyer Miller. She married Earl Young March 5, 1931, in Waterloo. He died June 7, 1981. She then married A.C. Conrad May 21, 1987 in Nashua. He preceded her in death.

Jessie worked as a seamstress at Hinson Manufacturing in Waterloo, retiring in 1973.

She was preceded in death by six sisters: Carrie Horner, Alice Tapper, Marie Peters, Jeannette Grimm, Ann Sorenson, and Dean Rademaker and two brothers, Oscar and Cort Miller.

Services are Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at the Richardson Funeral Service, with interment in the Greenwood Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Jessie’s family would like to thank Windsor Nursing and Rehab Center for the quality care provided to her for over 11 years. The staff and residents were truly her family.
