WATERLOO, IOWA – Sally A. Tomkins, 48, of Waterloo, died Sunday, February 5, 2017 at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo.

She was born March 13, 1968 in Waterloo, daughter of James and Susan Sivola Anfinson.

She graduated from Sumner High School in 1986 and worked in route delivery for Fed Ex.

Survived by four children: Jessica (Jeffrey) Harless and their sons, Brayden and Noah of Eldora, IA, and Corey Fankhauser, Tiffany Tomkins and Garrett Tomkins, all of Waterloo; her mother and step father, Susan and Gerald Rivers of Kiel, WI; a sister, Susie (Gene) Meyer of Sumner, IA; and a brother, Jim Anfinson of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by: her father.

Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Richardson Funeral Service.
