Biography--

Dana J. Neebel, 34, of Waterloo died unexpectedly on Sunday, December 18, 2016.

He was born October 8, 1982 in Garland, Texas, son of Michael and Kathy Barnett Neebel.

Dana worked at Old Chicago for a few years as a prep cook and later as a drywaller.

He is survived by two daughters, Alexis Neebel and Bailey Smith, both of Waterloo; his father, Michael Neebel of Apache Junction, Arizona; mother, Kathy Allen, of Waterloo, sister, Brandy (Peter) Fay of San Tan Valley, Arizona; paternal grandfather, James D. Neebel, of Waterloo, and maternal grandmother, Marilyn Barnett, of Waterloo.

Dana is preceded by, his paternal grandmother, Dorothy C. Neebel; maternal grandfather, William Barnett and an uncle, Steve Barnett.
