Biography--

Regis J. “Duff” Duffy, 77, of Waterloo, Iowa, died Monday, May 16, at Ridgeway Place.

He was born November 20, 1938, in Waterloo, son of Ignatius John and Mildred Marguerite Fox Duffy. He married Kay Lynn Meyers on March 8, 1960, in Waterloo. She died December 10, 1988.

Duff graduated from Our Lady of Victory Academy in 1957. He was employed at John Deere, retiring from the northeast site in 1990 as an inspector. He was a member of Queen of Peace.

Survived by two sons, Jeffery John (Darcia) and Anthony "Tony" Alan, both of Waterloo; a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Aneweer of Waterloo; five grandchildren, Colleen Duffy, Reed Aneweer, Ian Duffy, Chad Aneweer and Ryan Duffy; two great-grandchildren, Jonas Duffy and Brycen Ferguson; three brothers, Roger and Robert, both of Waterloo, and Roland (Jead) San Antonio; and a sister, Rita (Gene) Mosley of Waterloo.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

3:30 PM Rosary Service on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Locke Funeral Home with visitation from 4:00-6:00 and Vigil Service at 6:00
