Colleen Kay Toneff, 63, of Dunkerton, Iowa, died Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born May 23, 1952 in Waterloo, Iowa, daughter of Lawrence and Genevieve Weiden Sadler.

She married Chris W. Toneff June 5, 1976 at St. Francis Catholic Church, Barclay Township.

Colleen graduated from Dunkerton High School and was employed as lead custodian at the University of Northern Iowa and also enjoyed farming.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Cindy (Dave) Pint of Jesup; a daughter-in-law, Jennifer Toneff of Dunkerton; a son, Chad (Jessica) Toneff of Dunkerton; seven grandchildren: Dylan Thorn, Brooklyn and Kaden Pint, Delaney and Reegan Toneff and Calen and Alison Toneff; her parents of Dunkerton; five sisters, Bonnie Sadler (Phil Baskerville) of Cedar Falls, Kathryn Sadler (Dick Kass) of Waterloo, Teresa (Wayde) Bantz of Dunkerton, Carol (Jerry) Schoenthal of Waukon and Diane (Bob) Curry of Waterloo and a brother, James (Dorothy) Sadler of Dunkerton.

She was preceded in death by a son, Chris J. Toneff on September 4, 2013.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 9, at St. Francis Catholic Church, Barclay Township with burial in St. Francis Cemetery, Barclay. Public visitation will be from 4-7 pm Friday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, Waterloo where there will be a 4 pm rosary and a 7 pm vigil service. Visitation will continue for an hour before services at the church.
