Patricia J. Jones

November 3, 1945 - July 23, 2015

Patricia Joann Jones was born November 3, 1945, daughter of Alvie and Helen (Kephart) Jones in Waterloo, Iowa. She was raised in Waterloo but graduated from Russell High school. Pat raised five children who were the focus of her time, energy and love.

Patricia passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics at the age of 69 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Shane Lewis; and four brothers: Harley Jones, Kenneth Jones, Michael Jones and Charles Jones.

She is survived by three sons, Jimmy (Sandy) O’Donnell of Evansdale, Tony (Angie Lennox) O’Donnell of Waterloo and Jason Lewis of Waterloo; a daughter Sheri O’Donnell of Waterloo; 16 grandchildren: Nicholas, Derek, Corey, Lyndsie, Brandon, Kelsie, Jenna, Alexis, Shanelle, Jazmyn, Seraphina, Anthony, DeMontae, Daeja, Alex and Vanessa; eight great-grandchildren; one brother Dick (Judy) Kephart of Winterset; and a sister Grayce Holmes of Waterloo.
