Joseph Frednan Weber was born on May 11, 1928 in Buckingham, Iowa: the son of Frank and Elizabeth (Griffin) Weber. He served in the United States Army from 1950 to 1957, during the Korean War. Joe was united in marriage to Luberta Brees at the Grace Lutheran Church; she preceded him in death. He was bus driver for a charter company in California.

Jo passed away on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Sartori Memorial Hospital at the age of 86. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Luberta; a brother Francis Weber and a sister Kathleen Garcia. Jo is survived by his son Rick (Connie) Weber of Chesapeake, Ohio; 3 grandchildren and a sister Wanda Piper of Waucoma, Iowa.
