Obituary for Minerva Rosalee Blum (1919-2015)

CEDAR FALLS, IOWA - Minerva Rosalee Blum, 96, of Houston, Missouri, formerly of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at the Licking Park Manor, Licking, Missouri.

She was born March 9, 1919 in Aurora, Iowa, daughter of John and Jennie (Bruggman) Neuenkirk.

She attended Janesville School and was employed with Rath Packing Company in Waterloo.

She is survived by a daughter, Lorraine (Paul) Jamieson of Bucyrus, Missouri; a son, Leonard Blum of Summersville, Missouri; and twelve grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by daughter, Virginia Strachan; and seven siblings.

Graveside Services, Thursday, June 4, at Hillside Cemetery, Cedar Falls. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Richardson Funeral Service, Cedar Falls.
