Biography--

Bruce Greene, 61, of Washburn, Iowa, died at, UnityPoint Health -- Allen Hospital on Thursday, November 13, 2014.

Bruce Judson Greene was born May 23, 1953 in Waterloo, the son of Homer Greene and Hildegarde Lindstrom.

Bruce graduated from Waterloo West High School. He married Lola Schons and they later divorced.

He owned and operated BG's Import Repair and later worked for Rokes Construction.

Bruce is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Hurlbut and her husband Christopher of Waterloo; two grandchildren: Matthew and Autumn Hurlbut; his mother, Hildegarde Lindstrom of Winterhaven, Florida; his sister, Marilyn O'Connor of Alaska; his half-sister, Sharon Buckingham of Washington and half-brother, Brian Greene of Moline, Illinois.

He is preceded in death by his son, Joseph Greene; daughter, Jessica Greene; and his father, Homer Greene.
