Biography--

Christeen Olive Ziegenhorn, 86, of Raymond, Iowa, formerly of Mountain Home, Arkansas, died at UnityPoint Health ‑ Allen Hospital in Waterloo on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 of natural causes.

She born February 16, 1929 in Tilton, Arkansas, the daughter of James W. Sr. and Lola Mae Immel Glass. Christeen married Robert Frederick Ziegenhorn on March 19, 1944 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She had worked for J.E. Millett Company as a Loom Operator for 20 years.

Christeen is survived by her husband Robert F. Ziegenhorn of Raymond, son Stephen P. (Cynthia) Ziegenhorn of Cedar Falls, Iowa, son Donald R. (Valarie) Ziegenhorn of Waterloo, daughter Terry R. Cooper of Cedar Falls, daughter Vickie J. (Rick) Grattan of Harrison, Arkansas, 6 grandchildren: Amy (Patrick Bertroche) Ziegenhorn, Kiann (Jason) Leonard, Jacob (Kristine) Ziegenhorn, Sarah Simmons, Jennifer (Ryan) Winkle, and Anna (Brett) Young; 12 great‑grandchildren: AJ, Simon, and Roger Leonard; Shay Martinez; Devin, Derek, and Nick Ziegenhorn; Hattie Simmons; Asher and Olivia Winkle; and Cedric and Cecilia Young; great- great-granddaughter Lyliana Martinez and a great-great-granddaughter due in November, her sister Glenda (Donald) Glenn of Fisher, Arkansas, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers: Darrell, James Jr. "Bug," and Bobby Glass; sister Bonnie Lacava; and son‑in‑law Curtis Cooper.
