Miss Nellie Dunkerton, 89, died Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at the Sunny Valley Nursing Home where she had resided the past three years. The family home was in the Devon area near the Centerville church and cemetery. Miss Dunkerton was the last of her family.

She was born at Dunkerton, Iowa, April 27, 1882, the daughter of Samuel and Esther Adams Dunkerton. She was a member of the Methodist Church.

Surviving is a niece, Mrs. George McNellis of Waterloo, Iowa.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Konantz Chapel with Rev. Orvan Hessong officiating. Burial will be in Centerville Cemetery.
