Funeral services for Mrs. Edward Harn, 75, of 1814 Black Hawk St., will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Kenneth Ryan, pastor, officiating. Rosary services will be at the Oppold Funeral Home at 7:30 p.m. tonight by the Rosary society and at 8 p.m. tomorrow by the parish. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. today.

Mrs. Harn died at Parkview Gardens Nursing Center at 2:15 p.m. Friday of a heart condition. She had been a patient at the center for the past five months.

Mary Rose Lamb was born on Aug. 9, 1896, at Colo, the daughter of James and Catherine Foley Lamb. She was married to Edward Harn on Feb. 17, 1920, in St. Francis Church in Barclay Township.

For a number of years she taught school. From 1942 to 1957 she was employed at the Rath Packing Co. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and of the Rosary Society.

Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Lucille Kuhlman of Sioux City and Mrs. Lawrence Schiltz of Wesley; two sons, Edward (Casey) Harn of Clarksville and Maurice (Dutch) Harn of 3315 Santa Maria Dr.; 40 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; five sisters: Mrs. Lawrence Iversen of 1525 Garden Ave., Mrs. John Ohl of Fairbank, Mrs. Joseph Regenold of Broadhead, Wis., Mrs. Katherine Dankels of Marshalltown, and Mrs. Norman Card of Parkersburg, and one brother, Michael Lamb of Fairbank.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one infant daughter.

Note: An August 11, 1972 article in the Waterloo Courier announced the marriage of her daughter, Lucille Kuhlman to Marcus Knuteson at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Sioux City. Lucille had been employed at St. Francis Hospital and at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo but would be living at Sioux City.
