WATERLOO - Pam A. "Babe" Cordes, 57, of Waterloo, died at home on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014.

She was born Feb. 24, 1957, in Waterloo, daughter of Johnny and Marlene Neelans Myers. She married Kim Cordes on Nov. 26,1976, in Waterloo.

She graduated from Central High School in 1976.

Survived by her husband; two sons, Brad (Emily) and Dan; four grandchildren, Gaige, Chloe, Ben and Michael; her stepfather, Gary Simmerman; a sister, Tammy Gram; two brothers, Ron and Kenny (Kristi) Simmerman; a sister-in-law, Jeanne (John) Lueders; special friends, Kathy and Brad Carpenter, all of Waterloo; and nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her mother, Marlene Simmerman; her father; and a brother, John Myers.

Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Locke Funeral Home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Locke Funeral Home.
