Mary E. "Mitzi" Bohnsack, 83, of Jesup, died Monday, March 30, at Allen Hospital, Waterloo, following a short illness.

She was born Jan. 28, 1926, in Waterloo, daughter of William Sebastian and Alma Patricia Bedard Klein. In 1943 she married Roy W. Yarrow, and they later divorced. On Oct. 3, 1947, she and Wellington "Bill" McKeen Sr. were married. He died in 1963. In 1964 she married Roy A. Brown, and they later divorced. She then married Robert Bohnsack. He died in 1991.

Survived by: seven daughters, Linda (Bud) Stoner, Gail Althaus and Dawn McKeen, all of Jesup, Joanne Good of La Porte City, Audry Conerd of Waterloo, Ruth (Steve) Kalkbrenner of Littleton and Michele (Terry) Kizzire of Mount Auburn; 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Pat Lutjen of Texas.

Preceded in death by: two sons, Wellington "Bill" McKeen Jr. and Robert E. McKeen; three grandchildren; three brothers; and eight sisters.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at White Funeral Home, with burial in St. Athanasius Cemetery, both in Jesup. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
