Thomas J. Junge, 51, of Clermont, died Sunday, June 22, 2008, at Palmer Lutheran Health Center, West Union, after a brief illness.

He was born Feb. 26, 1957, in Waterloo, son of John and Glenola Westendorf Junge. He married Carol Manderfield on July 22, 1978, in Fayette.

Survived by his wife; a son, Matthew of Shawnee, Kan.; and two sisters, Jackie (Dave) Garlow of West Union and Judy McGuire of Fayette.

Preceded in death by his parents.

Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday at West Clermont Lutheran Church, with burial in Gods Acre, both in Clermont. Public visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Schutte's Clermont Funeral Chapel.
