WATERLOO - Haley Marie Medina, 2 1/2 months old, died Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at home.

She was born Feb. 18, 2009, in Waterloo, daughter of Rodolfo and Delinda Lloyd Medina.

Survived by her parents; two sisters, Selena and Madison; three grandmothers, Mary Medina, Jackie Lloyd and Shari Hampton; her grandfather, Bill Wiese; a great-grandmother, Emily Stefan; 40 aunts and uncles, including Adam and Robin Lancaster, Tom and Cindy Kisner, John and Sarah Medina, Ronnie and Cyndal Kisner, Elizabeth Hampton, Maria Leedom and Charles Medina; and 40 cousins.

Preceded in death by two grandfathers, Papa Tony and Papa Harold; and her cousin, Ethan.

Services: 2 p.m. Friday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation from noon until service time Friday at the funeral home.
