WATERLOO - Bevelyn L. "Bev" Keller, 74, of Waterloo, died Saturday, June 14, 2008, at Covenant Medical Center, following a sudden illness.

She was born June 18, 1933, in Cedar Falls, daughter of LeRoy and Elsie Buchholz Weisbard. She married Benjamin A. "Ben" Keller on Nov. 8, 1952, in Cedar Falls.

Mrs. Keller graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1951 and attended Iowa State University, Ames. She worked as a receiving clerk at Sears Roebuck for 15 years, retiring in 1986. She also was an active member of Kimball Avenue United Methodist Church, where she participated in Bible study and Sunday school.

Survived by her husband; a daughter, Debbie (Bob) Siglin of Arlington, Texas; two sons, Jeff (Peggy) and Steve (Lisa), both of Waterloo; six grandchildren, Sarah (Wes) Bagby, Adam (Tisha) Keller, Chris (Hollie) Siglin, Joe Siglin, Jenna Keller and Brennan Keller; six great-grandchildren, Alex, Brandon, Cameron, Alyssa, Hannah and Mason; and a half sister, June McCoy of Glen Falls, NY.

Preceded in death by a grandson, Nicholas Keller.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Kimball Avenue United Methodist Church, Waterloo, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Cedar Falls. Public visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, and for an hour before services Wednesday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the church at 1207 Kimball Ave., Waterloo 50702, in lieu of flowers.
