Mrs, Mary Court, of Orange, died yesterday at 1 o'clock p.m. of old age.

She was 97 years old last August, was born in England, where she was married.
Mr. and Mrs. Court came to this country thirty-five years ago, first settling in Dubuque, where Mr. Court died 18 years ago.

She was the mother of three boys and two girls, only two of whom survive her —John Court, of Orange township and Edw. Court, of Dubuque.

Mrs. Court has been a resident of this county only about one year. The remains will be taken to Farley where the funeral services will be held.
