WATERLOO - Mary Juanita Hulstine Anderson, 77, of Gainesville, Fla., formerly of Waterloo, died Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at North Florida Regional Medical Center.

She was born Nov. 22, 1936, in Norman, Okla., daughter of Charles and Letitia Hulstine. She married Richard Lee Anderson of La Porte City on Oct. 17, 1961; he died on April 8, 2009.

Survived by five daughters, Colleen Mielke (fiance Greg Barber) of Fond du Lac, Wis., Rhonda Anderson of Kennett Square, Pa., Jill (Flavio) Pompeu of Walpole, Mass., Tracy (Bryce) Burger of Gainesville and Kelly (Joe) Hintzen of Cumming; three brothers, Allen, John, and Aaron Hulstine; a sister, Sharon Siegel; and 10 grandchildren, Victoria, Alex, Haley, Margaret, Madison, Michael, Emma, Jenny, William and Jacob.

Preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Jennifer Rae Anderson; a granddaughter, Isabella Josephine Pompeu; a brother, Arthur Hulstine; and a sister, Jean Nichols.

Burial services: 3 p.m. Aug. 4 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Waterloo, with a reception to follow.
