CEDAR FALLS - Beverly L. Osborn, 72, of Cedar Falls, died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005, at Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo, from complications of cancer.

She was born April 8, 1933, in Newton, daughter of Neal and Elizabeth Van Hemert Kleinendorst. She married Marion Osborn on Oct. 30, 1953, in Newton.

Survived by her husband; two sons, Kevin and Brian (Lisa), both of Waterloo; three daughters, Roxane (Paul) Ash and Melissa (Mark) Kappel, both of Waterloo, and LuAnn (Jim) Cundiff of San Antonio, Texas; 10 grandchildren, Jennifer, Melinda and Ashley Ash, Deidra, Christopher and Nicolas Cundiff, Zachary and Breanne Osborn, and Nicholas and Joshua Kappel; two great-grandsons, twins Isaiah and Xavier Teague; a brother, Bob (Dorothy) Kleinendorst of Newton; four sisters, Wilma (DeVerne) Creed and Bea (Frank) York, both of Newton, Vickie (Max) Calhoon of Naperville, Ill., and Lovey (Gene) Talbott of Olathe, Kan.; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Cornie, John and Bud Kleinendorst; and four sisters, Elsie Weldon, Jo Sparks, Leona Klouda and Faye Kleinendorst.

Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Kimball Avenue United Methodist Church, with burial in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, and for an hour before services Monday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
