WATERLOO - Carol Ann Tomkins, 56, of Waterloo, died Thursday, May 29, 2014, at Ravenwood Nursing & Rehab Center.

She was born Oct. 22, 1957, in Iowa City, daughter of Walter Clifford and Dorothy Marie Applebee Tomkins.

Carol was employed with Junie’s Resturant, Elk Run Heights, for many years.

Survived by a brother, Roger Tomkins of Manchester.

Preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Harry Tomkins.

Celebration of Life 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Waterloo Eagles Club. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street assisted the family.
