CEDAR FALLS - Velma I. Patterson, 80, of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, Nov. 21, at Sartori Memorial Hospital.

She was born Jan. 6, 1926, in Aredale, daughter of William and Emma Ubben Patterson. She worked for a short time at Waterloo Laundry.

Survivors include two brothers, Victor Patterson of Placentia, Calif., and Lavern (Evelyn) Patterson of Cedar Falls.

Preceded in death by a twin sister, Thelma Stevens.

Private committal services will be at a later date. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
