Allan H. Fratzke, 52, of rural Fairbank, died Tuesday, April 5, 2005, at West Village Care Center, Independence, following a long illness.

He was born Sept. 26, 1952, in Waterloo, son of Harold L. and Eileen E. Moulds Fratzke. He graduated from Jesup High School in 1971, and from Hawkeye Community College, Waterloo. He farmed in Buchanan County.

Survivors include his parents of Fairbank; a sister, Marie (Jerry) Weber of Elkader; and two brothers, Donald of Fairbank and Clark (Donna) of Independence.

Preceded in death by two brothers, Gerald D. and Gene L.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Grace Lutheran Church, Jesup, with burial in Fairbank Cemetery, Fairbank. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at White Funeral Home, Jesup.
