WATERLOO - Keith Page, 93, of Nevada, formerly of Waterloo, died Wednesday, May 31, 2006, at the Story County Medical Center, Nevada.

He was born March 26, 1913, in Waterloo, son of John Quincy Page and Adeline May Dunn Page. He married Helen Furland on Nov. 20, 1939, in Albia. She died in November 1973.

Mr. Page was the owner of a Davis Paint Store in Nevada. He was a member of the Community of Christ Church in Ames; was a charter member of the Nevada Lions Club; a 50-year member of the Masonic Lodge; a member of Indian Creek Country Club, the Nevada Community Club and the Nevada Chamber of Commerce; was a former member of the Elks Club; and was the county chairman of East Story County and Boone Multiple Sclerosis Chapter. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing tennis as well as other sports. He was an avid Chicago Cubs fan, and also had a love for music and had won many accolades playing the trumpet.

Survivors include a son, Phil (Paula) of Nevada; two grandchildren, Kimberly (Bryan) Hosford of Nevada and Aaron Page of Des Moines; and a great-grandson, Aiden Hosford.

Preceded in death by a brother, Vernon.

Services: were 10 a.m. today at Bacon Funeral Home, Nevada, with burial in Nevada Cemetery.
