HUDSON - Nelson D. Sellers, 82, of Ava., Mo., formerly of Hudson, died Monday, May 5, 2014, at Cox Health, Branson, Mo.

He was born Sept. 19, 1931, in Smallett, Mo., son of Earl and Mable Sellers.

Nelson retired from John Deere.

Survived by his wife, Ima; four sons, Rodney of Illinois, Tim of Missouri, and Tom and Scott (Pam), both of Iowa; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his first wife, Reba; his parents; and a brother, Neil.

Services: 3 p.m. Sunday at Ava Family Funeral Home Chapel, Ava, Mo., with burial in Springcreek Cemetery at a later date.
