WATERLOO - Irma W. Jackson, 89, of Grimes, formerly of Waterloo, died Saturday, April 26.

She was born May 2, 1924.

Survived by a son, Kevin (Penne) of Washburn; a daughter, Deb Bailey of Grimes; a sister, Lorraine of Cedar Falls; six grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband, Harold.

Family celebration service: 2 p.m. Sunday at Grimes United Methodist Church. Her body was cremated.

Memorials may be directed to church of choice or the Gideons.
