Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for Henry N. Kemp, 78, of 727 Randolph St. who died at 8:05 p.m. Sunday at Schoitz Memorial Hospital, whore he had been a patient three months.

Rosary services will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday. 3 p.m. Tuesday by the Senior Citizens of Sacred Heart of which he was a member, and 8 p.m. Tuesday by the parish, all at the Oppold Funeral Home.

Mr. Kemp was born July 14, 1889, in Gilbertville, the son of Nicholas and Anna Frost Kemp. He married Edith Callaghan on Feb. 3, 1913, at Cedar Falls. He had been employed at the John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works until retiring in 1955 and was a retired member of the United Auto Workers Local 838.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Jeffries of China Lake, Calif., and Mrs. Carl Patten of 2318 W. 7th St.; three sons: Lt. Col. Clarence of Springfield, Va., Edward of Tipton and Paul of Iowa City; 23 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Charles Maricle of 424 Columbia St.; and four brothers: Peter of Arthur, M.D. Albert of Hobart, Ind.; Francis of Serona, Wis. and Herbert of 209 Williston Ave.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife last February, a daughter and five brothers.

Funeral services for Henry N. Kemp, 78, 727 Randolph St., who died Sunday evening at Schoitz Memorial Hospital will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. F. J. O'Hagan, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Cedar Falls.
