Alice Elizabeth Kemp, little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kemp, 234 Baltimore Street, died at 12:45 p.m. yestardat of diphtheria after a short illness. She was two and a half years old.

Private funeral services were held this afternoon. Rev. Father J. M. Molley, of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Catholic cemetery at Cedar Falls.

Two bothers and two sisters survive besides the parents.
