EVANSDALE - Harold H. "Harry" Wiese, 62, of Evansdale, died Sunday, June 22, 2008, at home.

He was born Oct. 18, 1945, in Iowa City, son of Herman and Grace Miller Wiese. He married Kellie Jean Gulsvig on Nov. 19, 1999, in Waterloo.

Mr. Wiese was employed with Criterion Inc. for several years, retiring in 2008. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, serving in the Vietnam War.

Survived by his wife; two sons, Jimmie (Brittany) Ostlund of Cedar Falls and Jeremy West of Waterloo; a sister, Grace (Pete) Jensen of Randalia; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Doris Priddy and Clara Wical.

Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, with burial in Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery. Full military rites will be conducted by Evansdale AMVETS Post 31 and Waterloo AMVETS Post 19. Public visitation from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, 6:30 to 9 p.m. Friday and for an hour before services Saturday at the funeral home.
