WATERLOO - Lorraine M. Lemke, 87, of Waterloo, died Thursday, March 6, 2014, at Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community, Waverly.

She was born Aug. 6, 1926, in Minneapolis, daughter of Charles and Louise Roth Keavy. She married Howard Lemke on April 7, 1945, in Alexandria, La.

Ssurvived by two sons, Al (Judy) of Belvidere, Ill., and Larry of Thailand; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Ron (Linda) and Jerry (Geri) Keavy.

Preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Bob Keavy in 1945, Gene Keavy and Jimmy Keavy; and a sister, Mildred Sather.

Memorial services will take place at a later date. Iowa Cremation, Cedar Rapids, is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to Bartels Retirement Community.

She enjoyed being outdoors fishing and hunting. She loved visiting Port Isabel, Texas. Lorraine enjoyed being with her family and loved being around the kids.
