Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred Ione Rhoades, 58, a former Waterloo resident, who died at 11 p. m. Tuesday in Broadlawns Hospital, Des Moines, of pneumonia following an operation Oct. 25, will be at 11 a. m. Friday at the McClaren Funeral Home in West Des Moines.

Mrs. Rhoades was born May 2, 1908, at Fargo, N. D., the daughter of George and Mary Secrest. She lived in Waterloo from 1909 until moving to Des Moines in 1940.

She was married to Raymond L. Rhoades on Oct. 1, 1942.

She is survived by one daughter, Karol Kay, Des Moines; her mother, Mrs. Mary Secrest, 1804 Rainbow Drive; and one brother, Howard Secrest, 1804 Rainbow Drive.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and her father.

Burial will be at Jordan Cemetery, West Des Moines.
