WATERLOO -- Florence N. Dudolski, 96, formerly of Waterloo, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2014 at Elizabeth E. Martin Health Center of the Western Home Communities, Cedar Falls.

She was born Nov. 10, 1917, in Reinbeck, daughter of Fred and Ella Koch Schmidt. She married Raymond Dudolski on June 5, 1938, in Iowa City; he died Dec. 25, 1986.

Florence graduated from Reinbeck High School 1935. She worked in the stockroom and as a receiving clerk at J.C. Penney Co. for 30 years, retiring in 1983. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survived by a son, Richard (Connie) of Unionville, Mo.; a daughter, Shirley (Phil) Schoessler of Dike; six grandchildren, Becky (Tony) Masters, Julie (Jay) Eckhardt, Robert Dudolski, Susan Dudolski, Dan (Sheila) Schoessler and Deborah (Wes) McLey; and nine great-grandchildren, Andrea, April, Jacob and Matthew Masters, Jared (Charity) Eckhardt, Jonna Eckhardt, Tianna (Anthony) Cervantes, and Ray and Abby Schoessler.

Preceded in death by a sister, Eleanor Freed.

Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Waterloo First United Methodist Church, with burial in Reinbeck Cemetery, Reinbeck. Visitation from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at Locke Funeral Home.

Memorials may be directed to the church.
