WATERLOO - Kathleen Marie Bullard Frank, 96, of Ashland, Ore., formerly of Waterloo, died Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014.

She was born Aug. 29, 1917, in Duluth, Minn., daughter of Hamilton and Adell Ryan Bullard. She was married to Nick Frank for 70 years; he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Frank was an executive secretary at Rath Packing Co.

Survived by six sons, Bob (Judy) of Ashland, Ken (Kathy) of Naples, Fla., Lyman (Sharon) and Nick, both of Waterloo, Pat (Lynne) of Davenport and Chris (Debi) of Des Moines; and two daughters, Mary (Rich) Ostrand of Des Moines and Kathy (Tom) Hoffman of Woodward.

Preceded in death by a daughter, Janan Taylor.

Services will be held at a later date. Litwiller-Simonsen Funeral Home, Ashland, is assisting the family.

Memorials may be directed to a local hospice.
