TEEPLE, LAWLESS, JOHNSON

Paul Edward Teeple, 46, former Waterloo resident who lived at Centralia, Wash., died Sunday at the Veterans hospital at Portland, Ore., his brother, F. P. Teeple, Route 6, Waterloo, was informed Monday.

Born at Greene, Ia., Feb. 28, 1896, the son of Hyland and Anna Teeple, he came to Waterloo with his parents at the age of 11. He married Thelma Lawless in Waterloo 22 years ago. About 20 years ago, they moved to Seattle,
Wash. Since that time they had lived at Aberdeen and Centralia, Wash.

Surviving are the widow, a daughter, Marlene, at home; three brothers, F. P. Teeple, Route 6; C. R. Teeple, 518 West Ninth Street, and Lee Teeple, Charles City. la., and a sister, Mrs. Elsie Johnson, Longview, Wash.

He had served a year and one half in World War I with the United States army overseas.

Relatives were not informed of funeral arrangements except that burial would be at Centralia.
