WATERLOO - David Edward Cole Jr., 52, of Waterloo, died at home Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014.

He was born Jan. 19, 1962, in Iowa City, son of David Edward and Berdine Ann Sass Cole Sr. He married Ann Creese on July 22, 2006, in Waterloo.

Mr. Cole was employed as a CNA at Country View Care Center for 12 years.

Survived by his wife; three sons, Roosevelt (Mariah) Coleman, David (Katie) Cole and Shaquille (Makayla) Coleman, all of Waterloo; three daughters, Ashley (Adam) Craft, Tiffany (Nick) Cole and Alisha Coleman, all of Waterloo; two grandchildren, Abigail Cole and Kayden Coleman; his mother of Waterloo; and a sister, Sherry Cole of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by his father.

Services: 2 p.m. Thursday at Country View Care Center, preceded by an hour of visitation. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street is assisting the family.
