BUTLER, HAYES, MARTIN

Funeral services for K. C. Butler, 52, formerly of Waterloo, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Union Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. C. I. Jordan and Rev. P. W. Burt officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mr. Butler died Friday morning in Billings Hospital in Chicago.

He was born June 14, 1921 to Charles and Molly Butler in Colquitt, Ga.

He is survived by his mother 802 N. Barclay St.; one brother Major, of 806 Sumner St., three sisters, Mrs. Mary Hayes, 52 Adams St., Miss Minnie Butler 802 N. Barclay St., and Mrs Lauretta Martin, 1231 Beech St

He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers.

He was a veteran of World War II, and military honors will be under the direction of Becker-Chapman Post No. 138 of the American Legion. Friends may call at the Chapel of Memories East from noon Thursday until 9 p.m. and Friday until 9 p.m.
