Dottie D. Roquet, 61, of Mount Auburn, formerly of Gilbertville, died Friday, Nov. 10, 2000, at Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo, after a short illness.

She was born April 13, 1939, in Soldiers Grove, Wis., daughter of Hubert and Geraldine Schoville Burrage. She married Charles Miller in 1959 in Waterloo; they were later divorced. She then married Merlin Fell in 1973 in Galena, Ill.; they were divorced in 1985. She married Fred Roquet in 1986 in Manitowoc, Wis.

Mrs. Roquet had operated the Corner Tap with her second husband for several years.

Survived by her husband; her parents, of Gilbertville; two sons, Brandan Miller and Brian Miller, both of La Porte City; a stepson, Brian Roquet of Dunkerton; a daughter, Maria Osmundson of Mount Auburn; two stepdaughters, Brenda Wells of Strawberry Point and Tina Smith of Dunkerton; 19 grandchildren; four brothers, Alan Burrage of Aplington, Larry Burrage of Independence, Michael Burrage of Jesup and Denis Burrage of Gilbertville; and four sisters, Eileen Shadlow of New Hartford, Darlene Clark of Reinbeck, Jerilyn Becker of Waterloo and Tami Smith of Jesup.

Preceded in death by a son, Mark Miller.

Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Church, La Porte City, with burial in Dunkerton Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Huisman Funeral Home, La Porte City.

Memorials may be directed to the church.
