Services for J. B. "Jack" Greelis 76, of 3748 Logan Ave., will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with burial in Calvary Cemetery. He died Saturday morning at Allen Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Greelis was born Feb. 14, 1909, in Waterloo, the son of John and Alloween Fleming Greelis. He married Harriet H. Mussett Aug. 26, 1932, in West Bend. She died April 3, 1947.

He was employed by Illinois-Central-Gulf Railroad as an electrical engineer for 39 years, retiring in 1973. He was a founder and active member of the Northeast Iowa Racing Pigeon Club.

Survivors include two sons, John R. of Hudson, Mass., and Gerald P. of Honey Creek; two daughters, Mrs. Mary J. Reynier of Bakersfield, Calif., and Mrs. Rosalie A. Humpal of Menomonee Falls, Wis. ; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Vince of Howard Lake, Minn., and Francis of Minneapolis; and two sisters, Mrs. Madeline Csukker and Mrs. Virginia Mraz, both of Waterloo.

He was proceeded in death by Martha French and two infant twin children, Patrick and Patricia.

Friends may call at Oppold Funeral Home after 3 p.m. Monday, where there will be a Scripture service at 7 p.m. Monday.

A memorial fund will be designated at a later date.
